MLM Training Material to Develop Your Network Marketing Business

MLM training material should be used in your Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing business.

Why should you consider a network marketing business and why is training important?

"...today I recommend people consider network marketing...Network marketing is like buying a personal franchise...the key is not so much the product but the education the organization offers..."
Robert Kiyosaki, Cash Flow Quadrant, page 77

If you mention mlm or network marketing to many people you get varied responses. Some people will not know anything about the system.

Other people may think it is a "pyramid scheme". Unfortunately there is very little accurate information in the marketplace about mlm.

Some in the industry add to this mistrust with unrealistic promises and poor support of the new network marketer.

Network marketing is investing time, money, and effort to build a business system. This system involves recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring of individuals. While some individuals may just become customers of the product others will be part of a business team.

- are financially strong
- have great products you love at good prices

2. Incorporate your product into your business concept. Your business concept must be marketed. A web site is an ideal way to market your business concept. Focus on your concept and not your product. You are a consultant who has unique skills to share with others.

3. Contact your leads. Leads are people who have expressed an interest in your business concept. Many of the leads may contact you via your web site. It's important to focus as a consultant in a win/win situation as you contact your leads. You're there to provide quality information. You are a resource to help another person and yourself to succeed.

4. Contact leads, customers, and members of your business team 3 basic ways:

-Personal contact: This is done face-to-face or via the phone. This is the most effective means to contact people initially, in follow up, or for training purposes.

-Electronic contact: This is effective for sending information resources to people. Email is a common way to use this.

-Product contact: This is something you physically place in the hands of people. Post cards are a great tool to use when connecting with people. This adds a personal touch to your communications.

5. Maintain on-going education with MLM training material to develop your success as an mlm leader.

What's great about network marketing is that the individual does not need as much start up capital as other traditional businesses.

"...the overwhelming majority of successful new ventures will be launched with little cash and lots of good old-fashioned bootstrapping. After all, isn't this entrepreneurship in its purest form: the transformation of human capital--risk taking, imagination, resourcefullness--into financial wealth?..."
George Gendron, "The Real World--Forget the elaborate business plans. Kids with passion are our next great enterpreneurs", Inc Magazine, October 2007, page 88
