How To Blog RSS Feed and the RSS XML.

How to blog RSS feed?

Maybe you're wondering what RSS XML is?

What Is RSS XML?

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and XML stands for Extensible Markup Language. XML is a computer language that allows users to share data between different information systems. RSS is a type of XML that allows individuals to share podcasts, news, or opinions via the internet. RSS XML is a feed or summary of information that can be read using software called an RSS Reader.

RSS Have you ever visited a web site and seen the orange RSS XML buttons? You might have also seen words beside those orange buttons that say "Subscribe to RSS feeds" or "Get Updates".

If you clicked on the orange button you might have seen what is called an RSS Feed File. The feed file contains frequently updated content for a web site.

If you subscribe to the feed, it is added to a Common Feed List. When the Feed List is updated this information is automatically downloaded or sent to your computer.

An RSS Reader can view the RSS XML feed on your computer.

So RSS XML is basically the way that you receive up-to-date information or news from a source that you subscribe to. It is like the person who delivers the mail or the morning newspaper.

RSS XML allows you to receive your favorite parts of the Web automatically. No need to manually search for updates anymore.

So you can keep up with what's new from a web site like the build a new business site without having to check the site every week to see "what's new." Whenever I put up a new page or update an old one, I release it through RSS.

RSS is not e-mail or spam. You can easily subscribe or unsubscribe to RSS.

Second, what is a Blog?

Think of a blog as the mail or newspaper that you receive and read. The blog contains content and news about a particular subject matter. The Start A Business From Home blog contains information to help you build a new business. The information for the blog will be sent ot you via the RSS feed you subscribe to.

You can also view updated blog information by selecting the button "The BANB Blog" on the build a new business web site.
