Hi! My name is Jim Routch II, founder of build-a-new-business.com. Thanks for checking out this site and its resources.
Build-a-new-business was founded in October 2007. Its idea came from my passions, experiences, and training in technology and business.
I received my undergraduate degree in Quantitative Business Analysis and my MBA in Operations. The focus of this training was taking business processes and automating them with the use of computer software. The result of this automation was to help people do their tasks better and more efficiently in their jobs.
For more than 20 years I used this training to work for the government and healthcare institutions in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors of the work force. My tasks involved implementing new computerized business systems and coaching and training the employees to make the most of this technology investment. This implementation involved auditing the results and consulting with the decision makers about the best way to use the new technology.
A few years ago I looked at the process to build a new business. I was looking for a step-by-step approach to build a new business. I wanted something that was simple to implement and offered a lot of value for the user. That is how this web site came about. I took the best of what I learned and created this site.
Use this site as a starting point to implement your concept and your business goals. This site will only be as successful as the user pursuing their business dreams.
This content must help the entrepreneur who is satisfied with the site and believes that I've done a great job. These entrepreneurs are repeat visitors and refer me to other people they care about.
